Board 

Set up in 1976 the Riviere Towans Chalet Camp Management Company Ltd are a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital.

 

The Company was established, amongst other objects, to take over the whole or any part of the real and personal property belonging to, and to undertake all or any of the liabilities of the partnership known as the Riviere Estate Chalet Camp Partnership and to provide, promote, encourage, manage, maintain and improve services and facilities on the site known as the Riviere Towans Hayle for use as a Chalet Camp site.

 

The Board of Directors are responsible for the management and maintenance of the Chalet Camp and the property of the company (RTCCMC).

 

Currently the Board is made of seven elected Directors.

 

The Board elect a Chairman who presides at all meetings of the Board of which he shall be present. The Board meet frequently for the dispatch of business.
