Can we please remind everyone that keys will only be handed out from reception if we know in advance of a guest booking.
Please note if anyone requests the keys for your property, unless we are aware of their visit, they will not be given access (this also applies to cleaners).
We will attempt to contact you should a situation arise where we are not aware of the booking, but if we cannot get through, the person requesting keys will not be allowed in. Not only will this be embarrasing for us, it will leave your guests no doubt feeling very aggrieved.
NB: A booking receipt/letter will suffice as authorisation to allow keys to be handed out to guests. Can we strongly recommend that regardless of who is staying in your property (Guests, family & friends or owners) reception is notified on the grounds of Health & Safety.
The above statements do not apply if your property/bookings are managed via Toms Holidays.
