8. Internal work

 

The Board are relatively relaxed about internal improvements but the Management Company should be advised of any proposed work, not least so we are aware of the attendance of contractors.

 

Such work could involve local authority permissions.

 

Consideration for your neighbours and holidaymakers should be paramount and we would strongly request that no ‘major’ internal work is carried out on your property between July and August or Bank Holiday weeks, that is to say that no power tools etc. are used for extended periods of time.

 

Whilst this work can be done in season, care should be exercised over the management of waste products, which should not be left outside the chalets; and any work involving asbestos.

 

The Board will not permit installation of gas appliances or non-electrical heating systems.
